General Terms of Service & Code of Conduct

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Governing Entity: Danilal Foundation (London, UK)

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (danilalfoundation.org), registering for any of our official outsourcing and technology training programs, or participating in institutional capacity building workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or use our educational services.

2. Course Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is open to qualified applicants who meet the baseline educational and technical prerequisites for their chosen track. Applicants must provide accurate, truthful personal and academic credentials during the online application process. The Foundation reserves the right to reject or cancel admissions if false information is detected.

3. Student Code of Conduct & Attendance

To ensure a constructive and professional learning environment, all students must:

  • Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in live lectures, lab sessions, and group sprints.
  • Submit weekly assignments, capstone projects, and RTI software exercises within the designated deadlines.
  • Maintain academic honesty: plagiarism, unauthorized copying of code or design assets, and cheating will result in immediate disqualification without certification.
  • Treat instructors, mentors, and fellow classmates with mutual respect in both virtual and on-campus classrooms.

4. Certification & Graduation Criteria

Official Danilal Foundation Certificate of Completion is awarded only to participants who satisfy all curriculum criteria, pass final practical evaluations, and successfully complete their assigned project showreel or software portfolio.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum outlines, lecture recordings, training slides, exercises, and proprietary software guides provided by Danilal Foundation or its delivery partner (e-Learning & Earning Ltd.) are protected by international copyright laws. Students may use materials for personal learning only and are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting course content.

6. Institutional Contracts & Project Delivery

Government ministries, enterprise clients, and institutional partners engaging Danilal Foundation for specialized ICT staff training or RTI software maintenance are subject to the specific terms, payment milestones, and quality deliverables defined in their formal executed agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Danilal Foundation provides world-class instruction, practical market training, and freelance onboarding guidance, individual employment outcomes, freelancing income levels, and third-party marketplace success depend on the student's personal dedication, skill mastery, and external economic conditions.
